Faridpur Migrant Association’s Peetha Festival and Cultural Evening was held in Saudi Arabia.
Bangladeshi festive delights are mixed with flavors of rock cake. Therefore, winter varieties are an integral part of Bangladesh’s culture and heritage.
Likewise, Bengali people are affected by the influence of people wherever they go. Our Jeddah representative is presenting the winter cake festival and cultural evening organized by Faridpur Migrant Samity Jeddah with a taste of every taste of Bengali traditions of the expatriates there.
The festival, held at Abuh Naif Villa in Jeddah, was home to around half a dozen types of baking flavors, as well as pleasant cultural performances for Bangladeshi artists to participate in the expat.
The president of the association, Kamrul Hassan Jewel, presided over the ceremony in Jeddah, a seaside town.
Bangladesh Consulate General Counselor Mujibur Rahman was present as the chief guest on the occasion. Baha Uddin, chief adviser of the association, senior vice president Abdus Sattar Khan, vice president Shah Alam Safa, organizing secretary Shahadat Hossain Mia, Borhan Uddin Howlader, Swapan Munsi, Monowar Hossain were among the speakers.
The general secretary of the association Prince Mahmud Palash conducted the ceremony.
The speakers vowed to keep the organization organized in keeping with the historic Faridpur tradition. They urged all the expatriates to keep the image of Bangladesh intact.
Mrs Lovely Hanis took first place in the Coffee Exhibition by making a variety of traditional Bangladeshi cake.
In addition, the expatriates of different age groups participated in the sport.
